The rectory was first mentioned in a document in 1550. The Baroque building, which still stands today, was constructed between 1733 and 1735. Before 1900, an extension containing bathrooms was added to the southwest corner; in the 20th century, an arbor and a basement were added. Starting in 1993, the interior, roof, and facade underwent extensive renovation.
Since 2018, the rectory has been divided into two apartments and office spaces.
Over the decades, various figures left their mark on the rectory and the parish.
In earlier centuries, the church and the rectory were among the most important public buildings in a village and played a central role in community life.
